The Glanworth Recreation Association invites you to participate in our 2011 Minor Ball Program.  The various teams, fees and ages are listed below. 
Fees are staying the same as they were in the 2010 season

1. Mail in registration to: Louise Laidlaw - 2285 Glanworth Drive, London, Ontario N6N 1H4 for receipt on or before: March 10, 2011
   
   
2. Or register in person on:
   • Wednesday, February 23, 2011 At the Belmont Arena (lobby area) Between 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. OR
   • Saturday, March 5, 2011 At the Belmont Arena (lobby area) Between 9:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.

Note: To be eligible for early fee discount, registration must be received on or before March 10, 2011. Late registration does not guarantee a position on a team.

For new players, please bring or mail a copy of the player’s birth certificate to registration. The oldest two children of the same family pay the above fees. Any additional children of the same family will be charged one-half the above fees.

DEPOSIT REQUIRED

Two separate $50 post dated cheques (dated for Sept 1/11) per family are required at the time of registration. To ensure your bond/volunteer cheque does not get cashed, a parent must work in the booth for at least one night per child (max. two nights per family). To ensure your uniform cheque does not get cashed, the uniform(s) must be returned at the end of the season. If either of these are not met, the appropriate cheque will be cashed at the end of the season.
